MAKING AN ORDER
How do I make an order?
If you are not an existing member, create an account at mytrend.online by clicking LOGIN > CREATE NEW ACCOUNT.
Add items to your cart by clicking ADD TO CART button on the product page.
A dropdown alert will show you that your item has been added to cart. Just leave the alert to continue shopping or click "VIEW SHOPPING CART" if you would like to proceed to payment.
This will lead you to "Your Shopping Cart". You have the option of whether to "CONTINUE SHOPPING" or check out by clicking "PROCEED TO CHECK OUT" (bottom right hand corner). You can also add your store credit code if you have one.
This will lead you to confirm your shipping details. Once the delivery address is confirmed, click ‘NEXT’ to select Shipping Method.
Important Note: Please confirm your delivery address before proceeding with payment. Address changes after order complete is not guaranteed.
If you're making an OFFLINE PAYMENT, here are the details:

After bank-in, please email us the screenshot/scanned copy of the payment slip or fax it to us at 06 2842 301 with the following details:
Order reference no.
Your name and contact no.
Payment amount and indicate if cash or cheque.
Date and time of bank in
Cheque number if payment by cheque
Please note that order will only be processed after the cheque is cleared or cash is deposited.
Once your shipping details are confirmed, click “NEXT” Then, select shipping method.
View your order summary and if all is correct, click NEXT. Price shown is already inclusive of GST and the summary shows the GST amount for your reference.
You may choose your preferred payment method here.
If you have chosen Credit Card as your preferred payment method, fill in the necessary details and click ‘Proceed’
If you have chosen Online Banking method, click your preferred bank and “click here to proceed”
Important Note: Please ensure that you have disabled the “pop up blocker”. The bank payment page will “pop up” for payments to be made.
There will be a “pop-up” page for you to sign in to your bank account.
Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from Mobile88/Paypal and MYTREND.ONLINE.

Are all items on MYTREND.online subject to GST?
All goods sold and supplied to territories within Malaysia are subject to GST (Standard Rated Supplies – 6%), with the exception of Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Tioman and Pulau Labuan (Zero Rated Supplies – 0%).
What happens if I purchase from Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Tioman and Pulau Labuan?
For the purpose of GST, goods sold and supplied to these designated areas (Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Tioman and Pulau Labuan) are zero rated (0%). However, services provided such as shipping fees and processing fees (shall there be any) are subject to 6% GST.
LOCAL DELIVERY (WITHIN MALAYSIA)
Our shipping fee is calculated by weight and location (state). Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.
How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
We post all orders made before 1pm, Monday - Saturday on the same day via Pos Laju. Pos Laju is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Saturday, after 1pm will only be shipped on Monday. If customers do not receive their order within 3 working days, please contact our customer service department to track your order.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE)
We ship worldwide. If you’re unable to add find your country in the selection, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Customs and Import Charges
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
SF Express and Aramex (Express Shipping):
The transit time between airports ranges from 5-7 days. These transit times are subject to custom's clearance, transport conditions and volume of mail traffic.
