Please take note that we do not offer item exchanges, however we accept returned items.
If the item tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within 10 days from arrival of package.
You will be refunded in the form of store credit of the value of items bought. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.
Items that are damaged, marked or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All returned items will be made a 95% refund in store credit only. This store credit will be emailed to you once the return process is completed. You can use the store credit towards your next order on the website. Do note that the store credit is valid for ONE YEAR only from date of issue.
Our working hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied in the morning of the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered.
*Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 30% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason are not accepted
